Your members already want personal training. Kinecta captures that interest at the front desk, matches each lead to the right trainer, and runs booking and payments in the app, while your dashboard tracks every dollar of it.
Most gyms lose PT enquiries in a paper form or a group inbox. Kinecta gives the whole journey a system.
A QR poster or front-desk tablet opens your public intake form. No app, no login. Members share their goals, experience and availability in two minutes.
Kinecta ranks your trainers for each lead by specialty match, current client load, capacity and member rating. The best fit is suggested; you make the call.
The trainer runs a consult, then sells single sessions or packs. Clients book real open slots and pay by card in the app, with the money going straight to the trainer.
Your gym dashboard shows leads awaiting allocation, conversion rate, upcoming sessions, revenue this month, no-shows and the trainer leaderboard.
Each trainer completes a short Stripe onboarding once, then sells consults, single sessions and packs from their own Payments hub. Payouts go straight to their bank.
The gym dashboard turns personal training from a side hustle you hope is going well into an operation you can actually manage.
Adjust the figures to match your PT team and see the money that would flow through the platform each month.
Estimates only, based on your inputs at a 2.5% platform fee taken automatically before payout. Trainers are the merchant of record, so their tax obligations stay with them. Gym setup is tailored during our launch period: talk to us about your gym.
Conversion sticks when clients stay engaged. Kinecta gives your members daily check-ins with Jesse, the AI coach that logs sleep, mood, meals and weight from a chat, plus streaks with a weekly grace day, badges, and two-tap session booking. Engaged clients renew their packs.
The PT funnel runs on a 2.5% platform fee per session sale, taken automatically before the trainer's payout. Gym setup is tailored during our launch period, so talk to us and we'll work through your gym's structure together.
Stripe. Each trainer completes a short Stripe onboarding (identity and bank details) and becomes the merchant of record, so payouts go straight to their bank and tax obligations stay with them. Kinecta never sees or stores card numbers.
No. The intake form is a public link: put it behind a QR poster or on a front-desk tablet and members fill it in with no app and no login. They only create an account once they become a client.
Yes. Kinecta's calendar handles group classes and events with capacity limits, waitlists, self-registration, roll call and post-session feedback, alongside one-to-one PT bookings.
Each trainer is scored on specialty match against the member's goals, current client load (so newer trainers get a fair go), whether they're taking new clients, and their member rating. The top match is flagged as best fit, but a person always makes the final call.
Each offering has a cancellation window (usually 24 hours). Cancel inside it and the session credit is returned; cancel late and the credit is forfeited, because the trainer's time was held. Late cancellations and no-shows are tracked on your gym dashboard so patterns surface early.
Tell us about your gym and we'll walk you through the setup, from intake QR codes to your first trainer payout.
